serving suggestionUse a pan to fry one punnet of chopped cherry tomatoes in heated olive oil. Add chicken stock and simmer. After two minutes melt butter into the stock. Add the cooked and strained Raviolo to the pan, along with the chopped basil and season. Top with grated parmesan to finish.
