Delivery of Perishable Hampers & Our Blue Cow Refund Policy

  1. Delivery fee of $19.50 per item (inc. GST). For multiple orders to the same address please email orders@bluecow.com.au to obtain a quote.
  2. Monday-Friday delivery only.
  3. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  4. Please ensure all delivery details are correct and if perishable items are being sent then the recipient must be aware of the arrival date and time. Please note we are very happy to call on your behalf to ensure a smooth, successful delivery.
  5. All interstate next day deliveries are delivered between 9am and 12 noon for CBD addresses and 9am and 2pm in the outer suburbs.
  6. Regional delivery 2-3 days depending on post code destinations.
  7. Whilst we endeavour to ensure a premium service, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the supply chain beyond our control.
  8. Blue Cow Cheese Company will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred due to an unsuccessful delivery.
  9. Orders can be cancelled with 48 hours notice prior to dispatch and a refund will be processed. Later than 48 hours notice and no refund will be made.
  10. The Licensing Act states it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
